I'm getting weaker... when I woke up earlier the sun is already up and I think the sunshine made me wake up. I should act now to go back on a regular exercise... we're not getting younger... health is wealth!
Slow breathing has been declared a breakthrough in treatment of blood pressure. Get used to it and it will be very beneficial to your body. I used this exercise before but as part of performing martial arts forms because it can relax your body as well as clearing your mind from any disturbance that will make you focus on what you are doing and I don't know before that it can also lower the blood pressure of our body. I find this exercise very effective when listening to cool and relaxing music. The artificial sound of nature will be great too.
There are lots of advices that we should avoid eating before going to bed. It can result to our body system discomfort, our body will be at rest but the internal system is still working digesting your food. I also found out that if you wish to eat at night, be sure to sleep only after 2-hours because this is the time your system digest food and after that it will be a good rest...
