Check this out! Another Email scam

I received this message last Sunday. Wow! what a huge amount... The first thing came into my mind is how did I qualified? What an obvious scam, how do they know that I'm qualified? Please see below for the whole content of the email.

(OPEC fund for International Development) of One Million, Five Hundred
Thousand United States Dollars ($1, 500, 000USD). Details will be
provided to you as we wait to recieve your confirmation and acceptance of
Grant.
